Do I need a membership to book?
No. You can book a single session without a membership. If you find yourself coming back regularly, our membership option offers better value per session.
Is the experience private or shared with others?
Our facilities are shared, with a maximum of 7 people per session — keeping the space calm, quiet, and comfortable for everyone.
How long does a session take?
Each session runs for 50 minutes. You'll move through the three phases of the Recovery Circuit — Heat, Contrast, and Restore — at a comfortable pace, with each phase designed to flow naturally into the next.
Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes. The Recovery Circuit is structured and guided, so you always know what comes next. You can start with shorter exposures in each phase and build up over time.
Do I need to be an athlete or fit to come?
Not at all. Heal & Rebuild Recovery Centre is designed for everyone — athletes, office workers, parents, and anyone in between. If you have a body, you can benefit from recovery.
What should I bring?
Swimwear and a water bottle are all you need. Towels are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site for up to 3 hours.
